The franchise owner Nalini is professional, friendly, and kind, and deals patiently with the occasional rude or demanding customer. The regulars like me respect her and her establishment, and I really enjoy the food!

The food was burnt and tasted like old oil. The customer service is very rude, especially if you call. I had called to tell them my order was missing and they just said “okay bye.” Wouldn’t recommend.

Tex’s Chicken & Burgers Review I stopped by Tex’s Chicken & Burgers recently, and I have to say, I was impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and had just the right amount of seasoning. The burger was equally delicious—perfectly grilled with fresh toppings and a soft bun that held everything together. What really made my visit stand out was the service. Nalini, the cashier, was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. She greeted me with a warm smile and even gave great recommendations. It’s always nice when employees go the extra mile to make customers feel welcome. Overall, Tex’s Chicken & Burgers delivers on both taste and service. I’ll definitely be coming back! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is awesome! My daughter always gets the same order. The manager remembers her as a regular now. Food is always fresh, place is clean and most of the employees are efficient and polite.

One of my favorite late night eats is slowly going downhill. I recently visited this restaurant location 1/28/25 and I should say the food quality is getting worse. Or maybe it’s the selection that I’m receiving Nalili always seems to give me the dry pieces of chicken. Even when it looks fresh it’s extremely dry. Maybe it’s me but I missing those feel good moments after eating here.
