Handcrafted noodle house. As Chinese immigrants, we have our deeply rooted cultures in noodles for thousands of years. For us, it is a taste of home. With the help of friends, we opened our first restaurant in 2017. What started as a small wish of bringing the most authentic handmade noodles to immigrants just like us, became something grander.

Noodle St. in Irvine is one of our favorite noodle restaurants. My kids absolutely love it! We've dined in many times. They offer a variety of handcrafted noodles, and it's always fun to watch the employees prepare the food in the open kitchen area. The table service is quick. Our noodle bowls always arrive swiftly after ordering, so there's less wait time. The noodles are consistently tender and chewy. Expect many customers in line during dinner time, so it's best to arrive early. Highly recommended for a delicious and enjoyable meal!
I am so hooked on the fresh noodles at Noodle St.! I think we just don't realize the difference between noodles that were being rolled and pulled right before they are tossed in boiling water and the dried noodles that we make at home, or that other places use. This Noodle St. didn't have the same variety as the one in Fullerton, but the Beef Noodle Soup didn't disappoint, and the Fried Calamari appetizer was spicy, crunchy, and chewy, served hot and delicious. I had the Iced Peach Black Tea with my ramen, and my wife had the Passion Fruit Green Tea. Both were sweet and went great with our meal.
This restaurant offers Northern Chinese noodle dishes. The whole place has a fast-food style. The clear broth beef noodles are flavorful, with a rich broth and generous portions, earning them high praise. However, the dishes other than the noodles can only be described as terrible. The fried tofu is cut too small, making it seem more like a snack than an appetizer. The beef roll was cold, likely prepared in the morning and left in the kitchen, and they didn't even bother to heat it up when ordered.
Very clean, super tasty! Beef noodle soup and chicken dumplings were the best
Tried their Pasadena location and it was great. So when I was in Irvine decided to try this location and it's spectacular. Great location with Lots of free self parking, unlike Pasadena. Found out that this is their only HALAL location. All menu items are halal. So if you're looking for any of their pork dumplings you'll need to visit their other locations. We ordered The beef noodle soup, braised chicken over noodle, beef wrap pancakes, and chicken wings. All are super yummy. Portions are large and prices are reasonable. Service is top notch. Restaurant is clean and a bit trendy. Definitely recommend!
This place can be a hit or a miss depending on who services you there. Two of the staff there are very unfriendly and don’t follow up with customer requests for food order prep. Beef quality here is average. They don’t use the best beef and they don’t use the worst beef so beef quality is average. Offering freshly made knife cut noodles is a plus but those are often undercooked.Fried rice here is not so good and more Americanized. Beef rolls to cut back on cost they add throw in all the stems from Cilantro as well into beef rolls. ?? Beef in soup is often on the chewy side as they don’t use prime beef and just boil it. Once in a while you get lucky and can be a little less chewy. For spinach here they use the American Spinach and not the Taiwan spinach and leave stems in which are not soft. Those stems will continue to chew as you chew them. Knife cut noodles noodles often undercooked.
The second beef noodle soup place we went to in one night because the first just didn't hit the spot for us. This was exactly what we were looking for. The Taiwanese style spicy beef noodle soup was amazing, especially with the chewier thick knife cut noodles. The portions were generous; by the time we got to the beef roll pancakes we were kind of full. The roll was flaky and crispy. There was an issue with one of the soups but the management made things right. We would definietly come here again for the spicy beef noodle soup.
We came on weekend for dinner and it was busy so we have to wait but worth it. Highly recommended Spicy Beef Noodle. This Noodle St Irvine is fully halal. Highly recommended.
