The finest in Japanese and Pan Asian cuisine, we combine authentic pan-Asian recipes with contemporary sways. The dishes are created using traditional techniques and the highest-grade of ingredients: We source premium Te Mana lamb directly from New Zealand as well as Wagyu from the only halal abattoir in Japan.
