GoogleThis ASDA shop is a cheating shop with POOR customers service. The price go down from $1.5 (see photo) but keep charging me for $1.5. Actually, this is not a big deal but.... 1. I have to wait 10 minutes to queue for customers service. 2. The customer service lady treat me like a thief or cheating person even if I gave her the receipt and photo attached. 3. Ask me for the bag of peanut (see photo) way inside my shopping bag. 4. She did not refund the cash but gift card instead. This mean, I have to shop back. --------- In Tesco, I returned a bag of funny smell chicken to customers service. I can simply replace bag with bag in 1 minute. NO bad felling, quick service and say sorry to me even not the customers service problem.
