it was a good experience. The ordering system works with a QR code, which is quite practical and modern. You just scan it, choose your food and drinks, and place the order online. If you prefer, you can also pay your bill online through the same system, which makes everything easier and faster at the end. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the ordering is mostly digital, they were always around to assist and answer questions. Their attitude made the experience more comfortable and welcoming. However, one small downside was the waiting time. Even though the restaurant was only about half full, we waited around 15–20 minutes for our order. It’s not extremely long, but it felt a bit too much considering it wasn’t very busy. Overall, the food was tasty and the atmosphere was lively, especially before events at The O2. I would still recommend it, but maybe be prepared to wait a little for your food.
