GoogleNot sure what’s going on, but Heavenly Wang seems determined to rebrand itself as “Hellish Wang.” Laksa used to be something worth queuing for. Now? The soup base tasted like it had been diluted several times over, with a mysterious spice smell that had nothing to do with laksa. If this is a new recipe, it’s a bold one — unfortunately not in a good way. The Kopi O was equally memorable… mostly for how watered down and overly sweet it was. Impressive, really — managing to taste both diluted and sugary at the same time. Service was an experience on its own. I asked a Chinese staff member for assistance while the outlet was completely empty, and somehow still managed to be left waiting. A Malay lady eventually came over, looking visibly displeased, as though serving customers was an unexpected inconvenience. Staff moved at an impressively relaxed pace despite there being no customers at all. Changi Airport prides itself on being world-class. Perhaps it’s time to ensure the F&B tenants keep up with that standard — before “Heavenly” becomes purely aspirational.

GoogleFamous laksa did not live up to expectation. Seeing the value-to-reward ratio, this is 300%-400% overpriced cup noodles. The laksa is SGD7.8 (+1.5 for drink), approximately RM24++, yet it does not deliver. While the coconut soup base is decent and hits the bloody clam and coconut fragrance notes, it doesn't really impress. The noodles have a slightly odd texture and there is a serious lack of protein/fibre (2 small prawns + 4 small nugget-sized taupok + 2 tbsp tauge), to carb (noodles) portion. Some good things are that first, adding extra toppings is FOC. Also, the place is very clean and the airport's interior design is exquisite and interesting to look at, although that really has less to do with the food itself. Drinks are decent and reasonably priced. In simple, I would not recommend this for travel foodies. The McD nearby will serve your money's worth better.

GoogleHeavenly Wang at Changi Airport is a popular spot for locals and travelers alike, serving up authentic Singaporean comfort food. The menu features a range of dishes, including traditional favorites like Laksa, Mee Rebus, and Hainanese Chicken Rice, as well as all-day breakfast options like Kaya Butter Toast and Soft-Boiled Eggs. The food and service is great. I ordered the chicken rice it tastes authentic and delicious. In terms of prices, you can expect to pay around S$6.50-S$10.80 for a main dish, and S$2.40-S$4.90 for a snack or drink. Some popular sets include the Kaya Butter Toast Set (S$6.60) and the Laksa Value Meal (S$8.50). Heavenly Wang is located in Terminal 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Changi Airport, and is open 24 hours in some locations. Overall, Heavenly Wang is a great option for those looking for a taste of Singapore at the airport.

GoogleOne thing caught my attention is crew’s attitude at the collection point. My food was leaving there while nobody to confirm the order number or saying Thank You. No eye contact also between her when customers collecting food. One time she keep recall customer by pressing the bell continuously and seems angry and never say anything when customer pick up it, maybe the way how she want to express her feelings. It is understandable F&B is tiring, yet below par service is not an excuse as long as you are in this industry. Hope everyone here have supportive team members and create enjoyable working environment.

GoogleSucha disgrace. Waited 30 mins for my order and when if finally arrived, the noodles wasn't cooked properly and look at the portion of the meal. It's an outlet at one of the best airport in the world and the standard is pathetic. Is this the standard we are trying to portray to foreigners who touch down? Slow service and unfriendly. I paid $21 for chicken char siew and chicken wanton noodles. Please take some action on this to avoid further disappointment
