Food is decent but customer service attitude by the staff needs to improve. We finished eating and I got up to bring the tray and used utensils to the area for dropping off of the trays/ plates/ cups etc. I accidentally left the soy sauce bottle on the tray and one of the staff who was just simply standing there directed me to return the soy sauce bottle to a designated area. In all honesty, if the staff are busy or spoke nicely, I will return the bottle gladly but it was not nice the way he spoke to me, as it was instructing me. The staff was not busy helping anyone but simply standing there so I think they way he spoke was uncalled for.

I didn’t know why they got low ratings??? Coz it was SO DAMN GEWD!!!!!!! Beef tendon was VERY SOFT and not fatty(?). Brisket was VERY TENDER. Well marinated. Broth was rich and thick, but enjoyable!!! Idk this green curry TASTES DABOMB to me😭😭😭😭 eggplants weren’t overcooked. Love love love! Rice noodles were perfectly cooked as well, slightly chewy, but still easy to chew ARGH I LOVE IT but yknowww i might be biased tho coz i just arrived from a long flight🫩 HAHAH

photos on the menu are all so tempting, but the actual dish was disappointing.. the slice beef noodle came with bunch of sliced beef sticking together, feels like the whole frozen sliced beef was throw directly in the soup and was a bit raw in the middle.. 🥲

Had bbq chicken mee Siam and thai boat noodle here and I've to say its one of the best version and combinations so far in Singapore. Reasonably priced too! highly recommended and will be back for more!

Conveniently located in T4 (very close to the shuttle bus waiting area), Ma Mum is a convenient option for quick breakfast. The classic half-boiled eggs & toast set is a popular choice, with the eggs cooked to perfection. However, it's advisable to use the soy sauce sparingly, as it was too thick & quickly darken the eggs. 🙁 Ready-made food such as drinks & beverages were served at the order / payment counter. For dishes that require preparation, diners need to self-collect at the side counter when the buzzer sounds. To maintain cleanliness, diners are responsible to clear the tables & returning trays / utensils to the designated area.
