GoogleReally good food with a wide variety of choices, including authentic Japanese grill dishes, rice, seafood, and Japanese wines. Every dish is delicious. The prices are fair, the restaurant is clean and pleasant, and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great Asian dining experience.

GoogleWe ordered all the skewers and all of them are 10/10 - chef went to Japan to study the recipe. Ingredients have been chosen well and fresh. They are cooked just to the right level of tenderness. Very well priced and well portioned. The rice in the pot is super good but I do think you can have a better choice of rice to increase the aroma Tempura - 10/10 Cocktails are amazing and you can taste enough alcohol in it which is again worth the price Shisha is a bit expensive but tbh you don’t get their flavors somewhere else in the UK so definitely worth trying - we had milk tea flavour All in all superb quality and delicious 🤤 This is definitely worth a visit if you love shisha and Japanese food

GoogleReally enjoyed this place. Every dish we ordered was solid and full of flavor. The grilled eel was tender and nicely glazed, not too sweet, not too salty. The rice pot was super comforting and packed with umami. Skewers were juicy with a great charcoal aroma, and the grilled scallops at the end were perfectly cooked and naturally sweet. No flashy gimmicks just really well made food. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to friends.

GoogleHaving been a huge fan of Dototi for many years, i was excited to try this restaurant as soon as they opened it. Tucked away on a quiet side street, this little hidden Japanese restaurant is a great addition to London’s restaurant scene. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm and intimate, with a calm, understated décor that instantly transports you straight to Japan! The food is exceptional — beautifully presented, impeccably fresh, and clearly prepared with real care and respect for tradition. The team working there helped us to pick a few of their favourite dishes! What really elevates the experience is the service: attentive without being intrusive and genuinely friendly. If you’re looking for truly authentic Japanese cuisine in London, away from the crowds and chains, this hidden spot is an absolute must-visit.

GoogleA hidden gem for shisha & yakitori in London Came here with friends over the weekend and was genuinely impressed. Didn’t expect to find such a high-quality Chinese-owned shisha lounge in London. The space is stylish and relaxed — perfect for a girls’ night out or a casual date, and very photogenic 📸 The food really stood out: 🍢 The yakitori was cooked perfectly 🦐 King prawns were fresh and juicy 🐟 Grilled fish was crispy on the outside and tender inside
