We went to Angham Restaurant for their Ramadan iftar buffet, and it was a great experience. The menu for the day was posted on their Instagram, and the main highlight was the stuffed whole lamb. They actually had two whole lambs served over freekeh, rice, and mandi. They also offered stuffed grape leaves and kusa bi laban. There was a big variety of sides, hot and cold appetizers, sweets, and fresh fruit. The buffet portions were generous, so you don’t have to worry about missing any dish. They also served pot tea and Arabic coffee. We enjoyed everything, and the staff were very nice. During iftar they played traditional Ramadan songs, and after that they switched to more modern music, which created a fun vibe especially with the hookah after iftar. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back. The only downside was the drinks; the tamarind and jallab juices were not good, and we hope they improve the quality next time.
