This place is notorious for taking people’s money. Whenever you order through the app, it is almost impossible to get hold of them if the food does not arrive. This has happened to me many times, not just once. I have ordered for myself, friends and family, the money is taken but the food never turns up. Because of this, plans get messed up and we are left hungry and inconvenienced. If it happened once, fair enough, but it happens all the time. On top of that, the staff have very poor communication and people skills. When I go into the shop, I am treated like I am not welcome or like I have done something wrong. This is not good customer service. When you try to call, it goes straight to voicemail. It seems very easy for them to take money, but delivering the correct service is another story. This is wrong.
