No one in Branch or head office knows what they're doing. Everyone will tell you something different. The manager said it takes 5 day's for an application to approve! 5 days!!! I was also told by another person that i have to come into the bruch physically and fill out the form. Are we still in 2007??? They just lost out on a new customer.
