I ordered three different fresh meat items from this place, and I am extremely disappointed. The meat looks fine from the outside in the packaging, but the moment you open it, the colour is completely different and looks nothing like what was advertised. The mince especially looked spoiled and unusable, and it made me lose trust in the chicken thighs and diced beef as well. This was my first time ordering from here, and it will definitely be my last. I genuinely don’t understand how this level of quality is considered acceptable. It makes me seriously question how the fresh food is stored and handled. I expected much better, and I’m honestly shocked that food in this condition is being sent out to customers.
