I always come to Chicken Cottage whenever I visit London. Their meals are really affordable and taste better than KFC. The manager of this outlet is very nice and polite too. However, there are two service lapses during my visit at this outlet: 1. 20 February 2026 at 10 pm, the cashier serving me was very rude, and when I did not want to purchase the 3 add-on wings for £1.99 (because the first time I bought on 16 February, I was given drumlets instead of wings) he gave me an attitude. 2. 21 February 2026 at 8 pm, I asked for 3 piece meal but the cashier misheard and gave me a 2 piece meal.
