As I've been here in Shatin for 2 weeks, I've visited Asra Indian Restaurant and ask the staff about the Halal Food and Muslim cook. She said that there's no Muslim working on weekday. They cook by their own (non-Muslim cook). They also verbally confirmed that even they're not Muslims, they use only Halal ingredients. By the way, this restaurant sell alcoholic drinks also. Think for yourself.

GoogleAmazing food, amazing service. The staff there were very polite and considerate. The food arrived so fast, and that Butter Chicken was beautiful. The best butter chicken I’ve had (the menu wasn’t lying when they said they have the best butter chicken). Also the butter chicken was perfectly seasoned and not too spicy, just right. Garlic Nan smelt so good, the texture and taste was so good. Lastly, that mango lassi, best I’ve ever had. I have been to a few Indian food restaurants before, but nothing compares. Also the presentation of the food was very visually appealing. Overall, highly recommend👍👍👍
