Yes they do serve pork at this restaraunt as they do at many restaraunts in the world. The beef is 100% halal at source, I have a certificate at hand. Now whether you think this is halal or not is subjective. Do you eat Veg food at a place that serves pork? You will have the same issue.

Cannot be halal when you have bacon in your menu, right? I am planning a visit to Sha Tin and I need confirmation if this place is truly Halal. If not, please remove this place in the list.

salam / hi, actually, i'd recommend that you check this with the local muslim community authority i.e. the incorp trustees of the islamic community fund of hk & serving islam team (hong kong) who actually do the halal certification in hk. they are many people (e.g. restaurant staffs, agents, shop owners) in hk who claims they sell halal food but many of them are seriously doubtful. nonetheless, they are still many alternative halal eateries in hk. ALlahu'alam. krgds & wsm.
