Well. Someone say they serve halal beef. However patron should confirm it before ordering. This is a chain of fast food in HK. Their burgers are quite good. They serve Fred. That means a burger is only cooked after you order. I have only tried veg burger which is also quite good. The staff may not know about the using halal beef as they may be supplied with beef patties from head office. They don\'t need to confirm it\'s halal authentication as their customer base is mostly non-Muslim. So Muslim patrons should confirm before ordering beef burger and ask not to put bacon of it is an ingredient.

I have the Certificate for this place from the Head office. The beef is 100% halal. I have been here, the burger is a bit messy, but its a halal beef burger! NOTE: they do serve bacon here!

salam / hi, actually, i'd recommend that you check this with the local muslim community authority i.e. the incorp trustees of the islamic community fund of hk & serving islam team (hong kong) who actually do the halal certification in hk. they are many people (e.g. restaurant staffs, agents, shop owners) in hk who claims they sell halal food but many of them are seriously doubtful. nonetheless, they are still many alternative halal eateries in hk.
