GoogleWe come here every other week as we attend swimming lessons nearby, and unfortunately our experience with the staff has been consistently poor. The staff are often hostile and rude, and this has happened on multiple visits, not just once. On our most recent visit, we weren’t even greeted, and the overall attitude was unwelcoming and not at all hospitable. It’s disappointing to have such an experience so regularly, especially as returning customers.
