GoogleI visited Chunky Restaurant today and ordered the Double Chicken Fillet Burger. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken fillet was very dry and rubbery, and the burger itself was cold. It felt as though it had been prepared without any care. The presentation was also awful just looking at the burger completely put me off, even before tasting it. The customer service was equally poor. I seriously considered returning the burger, but I chose to leave quietly without creating a scene. I used to visit this restaurant before, but after today’s experience, I will not be returning. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit.
