GoogleI visited Tesco tonight and found that the second floor had already closed after 8pm. I urgently needed to buy a duvet, and the night shift manager was extremely kind and understanding. She asked a colleague named Mel to go upstairs and bring the item for me, which I truly appreciated. I also want to mention another helpful staff member from the tissue section, a Bangladeshi gentleman, who was very supportive and friendly. All three team members were exceptional. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a big difference. If every Tesco branch had employees like them, it would greatly strengthen the brand. Thank you to the team for the outstanding service.
