GoogleI wish to thank so much the Italian shopping assistant at this Tesco store, he is called Matteo. Yesterday while I was using the self checkout machine I had some problems especially with some loose fruits and veggies with no barcode. Matteo promptly offered to help me, and on my surprise he recognised my accent and explained in Italian, helping me using the scale, giving me the confidence that I need from now on to use the self checkout. Thank you Matteo you have been really kind, helpful and professional with friendly and supportive communication. I had overall a positive experience in this store, I have just moved to the area and will definitely come back . Grazie A presto 🤗
