This is the best Lebanese food I had - period. Extremely tender chicken, fresh, hearty salad and tasty sauces. Reasonable prices and friendly staff to boot. Highly recommended.
I went here at the insistence of a vegetarian friend. The food seemed average. I would try it again and get a different dish -- maybe I haven\'t found the right one for me. The ambience was nice, and the restaurant was not crowded when we went (after lunch rush). However, there are better places with the same cuisine closer to me.

Similar to Fadi's but not better ...
Went with Family tried multiple items, the bread was fresh, and over all the food was ok, the chicken looked good but didnt have any taste, the lamb shank was really good. I would go here only for the lamb shank and maybe the kabobs.
Great food an great value for money! Everything was very good
Fantastic! Delicious, fresh food, huge selection with daily specials. I ate here every night that I was in Houston on business, and I had something different each night. Everything was delicious, mains and sides. The spicy hummous was excellent! Try the Moroccan tea...it was so good that my colleague and I even went back there in the morning to get some tea for the drive to work. Great staff as well. I can't wait to go back to Houston so that I can eat there again!
Really loved the food, it had very good flavor from my prospective. Portion was pretty good as well, walked out of there feeling content. Next time i am around I would eat there again for sure.
Food was ok no where close to mediterranean food over rated here however the ambiance was good. Nice place to enjoy tea or coffee
Over rated restaurant. Quality of food is not same as other Med restaurants in the area like Dimassi or fadi's. This place is not even close to serving real Mediterranean food
They have tasty food. Friendly staff. The food is fresh and nice. They have cafeteria style. I really like the food
Food is pretty good, but I was expecting more based on the reviews. Staff was friendly, and I loved the ambience. The falafel was pretty hard and dry, though. I'm usually picky about something so ordinary. Might go there again, not sure though.
This place was great. The atmosphere was really nice. They have a cafeteria style layout where you can see all the food you want to eat and they take you from station to station to help you with your order. The owner was very nice and helpful. The food was really good and a generous portion. It was quick and tasty. If you're in the area, you should really go eat there.
Incredible medley of mediterranean food which is absolutely fresh with friendly service and spacious parking. Definitely recommeded for lunch!
Exceptional food! Just-baked pita, fresh tabbouleh, two types of hummus, a great vegetable selection, and lunch specials (lamb shank, yum!) that are mouth watering. Add four or five different options of fresh fruit juice (mango, watermelon, strawberry, etc) and place in a warm and welcoming neighborhood setting, and you have excellence. I recommend without hesitation!
The decor and set up is very similar to Fadi's. There are items on their menu not available at Fadi's. I had the spicy hummus, roasted eggplant half w/ pesto, and chicken shawarma. The food was ok, not great but not bad.
This place is delicious :) I've been eating here everyday this past month since I started working at Texas Children's Hospital. The great part about them is that you get healthy food quickly and at an acceptable price. They also have the best Rice Pudding I have ever had!
Voted Click 2 Houston's 2010 "BEST MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT" !
Salam Gals and Guys ! I go to UofH, which is literally minutes from here and there food is really great. The owners are UofH graduates and they really do serve authentic halal arabic food. They even have Desai days, so they serve really good things like Biryani, differnet Kari's and they always have amazing Samousas (sorry if the cuisine spellings are incorrect, I tried). Everyone really needs to try this places out. Oh yeah, unlike some of the other places I tried on this website, this place is spotless clean. Aladdin YOU ROCK!
Salamoualakoum Brothers and Sisters... MashAllah, food is honestly very good tasting!
Their food is great, and the service is amazing. Everything is always fresh with a variety to choose from. They have a really cool brick oven that they make fresh Pita bread in. Lamb shanks are always on the menu, which is hard to find at other Mediterranean places. Definitely recommend for everyone to try. It's my regular lunch spot.
The vegetables were salty( squash, zucchini) If you are sensitive to salt, I would not recommend them. The rest of the food was delicious. I will come back to try other dishes. The service was great and the employees are informative. The strawberry juice was perfect.
The food is consistently delicious. There are so many options that I never tire of going there. I had the lamb gyro (side) for the first time last night, which was amazing. The salad varieties and bread are always on point. Kebabs have been tasty, too. The staff is fabulous. The place is a little kitschy, but that is part of the charm, IMO. That might be why there isn't always a line out the door because the food merits top marks. Try it out and enjoy the neighborhood vibe- it's worth going out of your way for! Some of the best food I've had in Houston, which is saying a lot!
The Food is mouth watering and so well seasoned , yet not salty, that it fills your mouth with water. Delicious food. I like to try something new and this place did not disappoint at all.
Phenomenal food! Great beautiful selection in a gorgeous well lit dinning area. You get so much good tasty food for under $20 per person. Blown away!!!!! The spicy lamb meat balls with the pita bread on the side so yummy!! So much flavor. And the tabouli salad and lentils yum!!!! Will def be a regular from now on
I eat here often and I absolutely love it. Food is always fresh, they have wonderful healthy options. The owner, when he is there, is always welcoming and very warm. The staff is courteous and restrooms are always clean which is a plus because if I come to your establishment and your restroom is dirty, I feel the same way about your kitchen, which means I'm not eating there.
Best Mediterranean food. I choose the bowl with 2 entrees. But I opt for halves making it 4 entrees options with falafel main appetizer. Must try are spicy hummus and fluffy bread. Falafel is crispy but not much tasty though.
The food was really good. I ordered the lamb shank and was very surprised with the size of it. the lamb meatballs wasn't the best it tasted like chef boyardee meatballs, kinda like a fake meat taste. The fries orka was some of the best, it was crispy and had flavor to it. The cauliflower was amazing, it didn't even taste like cauliflower, it reminded me of eating broccoli. I would definitely order the cauliflower again
I was very hungry when my friend and I entered this Mediterranean restaurant. I didn’t wait to view all options. My part of lunch was as follows: Baked chicken quarter Classic hummus Cranberry rice Grilled veggies and a glass of cold water My friend had the lamb shank platter with rice. The gorgeous well trained staff served both of us with extra tabbouleh. She was so friendly and smiling all the time . I liked the place because of that. Great hummus and bread. I loved the rice . The chicken was well cooked and easy to chew but for reason I didn’t like the sauce on top ,, maybe because I was sensitive to spices. But overall I enjoyed the good and the ambiance. Definitely I shall come back . Cheers to the owners of the restaurant ?
