With 15 years experience in kitchens from Beirut and Dubai, Our chefs has got the goods when it comes to dishing up modern Lebanese cuisine. A banquet is the best way to taste a good spectrum of chef's creations. You might begin with a traditional Lebanese salad such as tabouli or futuche and some hot mezza platters with falafel, crispy spinach triangles and coriander potatoes. A selection of meats come smoking-hot off the grill; think juicy cubes of lamb, fragrant kafta skewers and chargrilled prawns. While this restaurant has halal food, it also has belly dancing on Friday and Saturday nights.

First let me tell you the foods was pretty good, love the taste. The service was perfect and fast. The only thing was we didn’t like the Manoush Pizza. At the end be aware of the surcharge, I had been charged almost $20 extra. You can see the receipt in the photos.
A casual and chill atmosphere with some good dishes while some were average. The pistachio walnut dip was delicious and definitely the highlight! Loved the unique flavour. Falafel was on the drier side. We went at a time where it wasn’t busy at all but staff were not attentive and service was rather slow.
Disappointing Experience at Arabella in Newtown This was my first time visiting Arabella in Newtown, and while it started off well, the experience quickly took a disappointing and disrespectful turn. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the restaurant’s lovely décor and the enjoyable playlist. The menu was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options. We ordered dips to start, followed by three main dishes—one for myself, my partner, and my friend who was visiting Sydney. The food arrived at our table, but my friend’s dish took about 25 minutes longer than the others, despite us notifying the staff twice that we were still waiting. Although all the dishes were delicious and well-presented, the delay was frustrating. The real turning point of our experience came when guests at a nearby table started smoking cigarettes—yes, inside the restaurant, in a closed space with young and elderly people present. Minutes later, more customers were seated to smoke shisha at over three tables. The air quality deteriorated rapidly due to the smoke from both cigarettes and shisha. This is a clear violation of NSW Health regulations, local council rules, and Fair Trade compliance. It’s completely disrespectful to both customers and staff, who are exposed to these harmful substances. To top it off, we ordered dessert from two different waitstaff, but it never arrived. When we inquired, they asked us to wait five more minutes, claiming the dessert was being prepared. However, 20 minutes passed and we were still left waiting. When we decided to leave and went to pay, we discovered that the dessert order had never been placed. Overall, this was a really poor experience, which is unfortunate given how promising the evening started.
Have been wanting to visit Arabella for a while and it didn't disappoint! Tasty food, friendly and attentive staff - plus it's decor is super cute! Great date spot! Oh and sheesha next door, what a bonus!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible! Arabella delivers an unforgettable dining experience with top-tier flavors and warm hospitality. Every dish is crafted to perfection, but the walnut pistachio dip is truly next level—rich, nutty, and absolutely addictive! It’s a must-try. The entire menu is a perfect balance of fresh ingredients and bold flavors, making every bite a delight. Whether you’re here for a casual meal or a special night out, Arabella never disappoints. Can’t wait to come back!
Amazing atmosphere, amazing food and shisha and amazing hospitality! Will definitely been returning on my travels and can’t wait to try out the other places on the strip next door ! And the knafeh was incredible !! 20/10
Arabella Lebanese Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience. The mezze platter was a standout, with each dish offering a unique flavor profile. The mix plate was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were generous. The service was attentive and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Overall, I highly recommend Arabella for authentic Lebanese cuisine.
I came here with friends on my birthday ? The atmosphere, music, and food were all fantastic. It’s the best Middle Eastern food I’ve ever had. This place is great for celebrating birthdays they even sprinkled pistachio powder for me, which was really fun! ?Thanks for making such happy memories
