Best Persian Food We’ve Ever Had – An Immersive Experience! Restaurant Pars delivered the single best Persian meal of our lives — far surpassing anything we’ve experienced in NYC or California. The ambiance is incredibly authentic and transporting. As you descend the winding stairs lined with beautiful framed photos of famous Persians, you feel like you’ve stepped back in time and are truly in Iran. The dining room is filled with rich Persian rugs, intricate lanterns, brickwork, arched ceilings, and warm lighting that creates a magical, old-world atmosphere. The food matched the setting perfectly. The lavash was thin and perfectly crispy, ideal with the generous Mixed Appetizers platter featuring excellent Borani, Kashke Bademjan, Dolmeh Barg, Hummus, Halim Bademjan, and Mirza Ghassemi. The Mast-o Musir was perfectly balanced (just the right garlic), and the Salad Shirazi was fresh and incredibly refreshing. The Soltani and Joojeh Soltani were outstanding — incredibly flavorful without being over-seasoned. The Joojeh was tender, buttery, and had a unique, addicting taste. The Khoresht-e Ghormeh Sabzi was fantastic and a wonderful addition. Everything paired beautifully with a crisp Pinot Grigio and non-alcoholic beer. Dessert was the delightful Bastani Faludeh Makhlut (a mix of bastani akbar mashti and faludeh shirazi) followed by a very good espresso. Service was warm and welcoming, portions are very generous (come hungry!), and the passion for traditional Persian cooking shines through. We wish we could find this quality and authentic experience back home in the States. And the value is incredible, especially for all that we ordered! Highly recommended — we would return in a heartbeat.
Great food and atmosohere. Amazing place for nice quite dinner
✨✨✨One of the best restaurants in Munich that is such an eye-opening experience! The food is high quality and heavenly delicious. Tbh, just the pain bread is already great. The lamb was perfectly grilled and seasoned. The rice was fragrant and well complimented the meat. The wheat soup was warm-hearted. The brown soup was not bad but not as overwhelmingly delicious as the other dishes. Service is good. Staff is nice and friendly. The service could improve its speed. We had finished the appetizer (soup) longer than 15 minutes before the main dishes were served. Atmosphere was beyond excellent. It's captivating. As I entered, I felt like I was in a different country. It is well-decorated with a fountain in the middle of the restaurant, antiques, colorful tables and mats, fish tank, and portaits of people. It's extraordinary!!! I could just look at the decors all day. Thank you for doing such amazing job to serve not only delicious high quality food but also great cultural experience. We will definitely visit again.
A restaurant with an Iranian heritage theme, their food is delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful. It's one of the best restaurants in Munich and I recommend visiting it. The employee, Humayun, is helpful and always smiles at customers.
