My meal at Hei Sushi in Sembawang Shopping Centre was excellent. The salmon sashimi, hotate (scallop), oysters, and Hana Maki were all incredibly fresh and delicious, with standout flavors and quality. The service was prompt and attentive—we were seated immediately, and the staff ensured our food arrived smoothly despite the quiet, uncrowded setting of a weekday afternoon. Overall, it was a relaxed, enjoyable dining experience with fresh sushi and great service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning!
