GoogleI visited the Tortillas Charing Cross branch yesterday evening with a friend for dinner. We ordered a burrito bowl and nachos, and everything was great. The customer service was excellent. the staff member who served us did a fantastic job and even went the extra mile. When a colleague who seemed new didn’t prepare the nachos correctly, he immediately stepped in and personally brought the corrected order to our table. It genuinely made us feel well taken care of. Great food, great service. Thank you!
