The authentic Italian Pizzeria Vasinikò lands in London bringing the classic Campania's dishes and importing contemporary Italian pizza to the United Kingdom for the first time. The unique pizza dough, crafted using the classical Italian biga, is made exclusively of a high percentage of water, flour and yeast. The biga is then completed after 18 hours of fermentation with the remaining ingredients; obtaining a melt-in-your-mouth, fragrant and light pizza dough, with a delicious aroma.

GoogleThere are so many options for italian food around London but i am so glad this is the one i decided to visit. The atmosphere is brilliant, great music with the chefs singing along. An open kitchen and a very cosy small restaurant. The food was delicious, the pizza dough was delicious and the ragu to the pasta was divine. All the staff were lovely and the restaurant just has a great atmosphere. Also the meals were o well priced and portioned for London! Recommend !!!
