I ordered in person and took home my food to eat on 5/3/26 —I then took a bite of my large steak burrito and found a sharp 1 inch screw in my food! Crazy stuff. I called right away and was made to feel silly. Then the owner called me and was a bit disrespectful in my opinion as he didn't really seem to take me seriously and offered a $50 gift card. Like, why would I ever want to eat here again??? He's very lucky that I only bit down on the screw's head and didn't suffer extreme mouth or body trauma. Begged me to remove the review and I did as I don't wanna totally "screw" a small biz but i'm pretty friggin mad one week later and so here it is again. Just totally disgusted beyond belief and turned off of fast food for good.
