Paramount Fine Foods represents three generations in the food industry when we were first established in 1918 as wholesalers of pistachios, coffee, almonds and dried fruits. Throughout the years we have gained a distinguished reputation - even recognized by the Municipality of U.A.E. for Food Hygiene Standard and Practices. Paramount features halal meat, shawarma, kebabs, cookies, baklava, khubs, dates, juices, specialty drinks, ice creams and coffee beans.

We believe that great tasting meat starts with naturally fed animals that are bred in a healthy environment. We offer healthy options: only the best of prime beef, dry-aged beef, chicken, lamb, poultry, veal, goat, an assortment of deli meats, and the option for special cuts upon request. All of our meats are Ontario-raised and of the highest quality. The Halal process of hand-slaughtering is an abuse-free process. Our animals are not given hormones or growth-promoted additives and are allowed to grow at a natural pace, living with low-stress, and a healthy life. As a result, our guests consume meats that are far healthier than our competitors.

Great service and food. Very good ambience and interior setup. Children\'s play area is also available. I love the Shish Tawouk and Mixed Grill main courses. I love the Hummus with Khubz appetizer.

Stopped in today after not having visited in awhile and it looks a bit different and improved! New seats, furniture, a huge tv, an artificial olive tree, and new menus! The food has always been tasty, but the new menu is even better! Beautifully plated, though i ate part of my Saj Tabliyeh Chicken plate before taking a photo, so i had to rearrange it a bit, so that's me, not the restaurant! But the beef hummus plate was new and looked a bit like a Christmas wreath and was delicious! The portions were generous and tasty and the service was impeccable. We'll be back soon!
