Went here for dinner last week with the family. It has a good ambiance with a decent amount of seating. For appetizers we had the kiymali ground beef pide as well as a sample of lentil soup. Both were excellent. Not greasy or oily and plenty of meat on the pide. We had 4 entrees: chicken tayuk, adana kabob, izgara koftesi(beef kofta) and grilled chicken izgari. All came with rice, pita, and your choice of salad or grilled vegetables. All were excellent! Meat was extremely tender and packed with plenty of flavor. Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. Our waiter was extremely friendly and patient with us despite the large crowd. Overall this is one of the better turkish options in DFW. I hope they continue to keep up the consistency because this has the potential to be a great option for Dallas.
Fresh food
Great good and amazing taste...Will certainly come back again!
Great Turkish food. We tried their mix kabob player which was great. Falafel were average. Small restaurant but nice place to enjoy food. Meat was well marinated, tender and juicy as well as tasty.
Beautiful little place! I have never eaten at a Turkish establishment and was wonderfully surprised. I absolutely loved the Shephard Salad with the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, oil with lemon juice and salt. Divine! The Lahmacun I feel would have been a 10 if it had chunks of tomatoes, peppers and cilantro but it was none the less delish! The Kusbasili Pide was wonderful with lovely chunks of green peppers and tomatoes! The Adana Kebob was not oil and paired nicely with the Tzatziki sauce and flavored rice. Tasty on the palate but not spicy! The wait staff was knowledgeable and very patient as we ordered and checked on us several times. Lite jazz music played while we sat and enjoyed our food. Prices are reasonable. If you are looking to try something new and different for your palate or a date night, try them!
The kunefe was deliciously sweet and crispy, while the shakshuka was light but flavorful. The food was great, but portions were small, so we had to order quite a bit to feel full. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff!
Very good Turkish restaurant. The owner is very nice and helpful. The food was very good. I had the lentil soup and the chicken skewer with a side of 2 beef patties. The knafe was also very good. Definitely a place to come back to. The only change I would change is the setup. Needs improvement.
What an amazing find!! I recently learned about a few Turkish dishes and was pumped to find this gem of a restaurant just a few miles away! Very authentic and good was fantastic! Our server, who may have been an owner, was very knowledgeable and answered tons of my questions on various dishes. We told him we were thinking of going to Turkey while in Greece later this year and he gave us some terrific recommendations for Istanbul. We just popped in to try the kunefe for dessert but will definitely return this week to have dinner and try more dishes. Highly recommend for those looking for authentic Turkish cuisine!!
Little pricey but their food is great :) Got free teas from ordering kunefe last time
Lentil soup was on point, one of the better ones in the metroplex The chicken was the perfect balance of juicy and smoky House salad was out the bag. Hostess was very kind!
Delicious food and traditional decor....we waited for quite a long time due to understaffed. But once the food came in, we were so grateful of those amazing authentic turkish cuisine. Our server Roshean was great. Will surely go back again.
