They serve halal food. I have tried a few things here. The food has excellent taste and quality. The food is prepared fresh yet quickly. It is well priced for the quantity and location. The restaurant is small and cozy with a great ambiance. There is limited seating for up to eight people. They are quite busy with takeout. There is a bathroom available.

Very good food and amazing service. Was spicy but we asked for it, we loved it. Mariam was very sweet. It was very chilly but the atmosphere was nice

Love top thai so so much. Miriam was so sweet and accommodating. It was just so cold plz turn up the heater

I was cold the entire time I was eating. I was sat closer to the door so that lack of heat was a big problem for me. Food wise, I can’t recall any of the flavors I had which to me means it was not memorable. I had the premium appetizer platter which came with 3 items besides the dipping sauces which stood out the most everything was okay and for the price I was expecting some flavor bites each time. The food was well cooked and felt authentic, it just did not stand out to me and usually Thai food does that to me. In short, it did not HIT home for me.

Really good food and super vibrant space ?

Great vibes and delicious food! I got that Top Thai fried rice with beef.

It was great! Loved the massamun curry so much. Service was excellent.

Very cozy place and atmosphere, amazing food as well! Very good service too :)

Very nice very good phantastic

Good food, but terrible service. As a college student, I tipped the lowest amount simply because that’s all I could afford and there was no reason to tip higher because the waitresses said maybe 2 words to my friend and I the whole time we were there. After tipping the lowest, the whole staff rolled their eyes at us, gave sassy remarks, and told us to increase the tip. They slammed the check down at our table and were super demanding after the low tip. (Tip was still $7 per person so we in total tipped $14)

Great and awesome Thai food. Service was amazing.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience at this fabulously authentic Thai restaurant! It reminded us both of the cosy restaurants of Chiang Mai and Krabi - ambiance, food and service were all top notch! Our server Mariam was kind, courteous and very attentive - she was able to seat us promptly and helped pick some delicious favourites from the menu! We plan to take our family visiting for Thanksgiving and will become regulars for sure!!

Had the dumplings and curry puffs, they were fantastic! The service was prompt and the server was very attentive. Will def visit again

Food and taste so authentic i felt i am back in thaliand??

Maryam and Erick were amazinggggg!!!

Sat down to order with a group of 4 for lunch. After we gave the waitress our order, she stated that they have a $20 min per person and we would be fine if we ordered another entree. We didn’t have anything more we wanted to order so we decided to take it to go instead. Was promptly told to leave the table and gestured outside (she basically pointed at the door). The restaurant is small but there were 2 other customers at the time and majority of the tables were empty. Checked the menu and 90% of their entrees would not take us to the $20/person min. My friend had also dined in a few weeks ago with a group of three and didn’t meet the $20/person and she was not pressed to order more. Rules are rules- I don’t have a problem with it as long as they are consistently enforced and not followed up with a rude pointing at the door to get out. They gave us two set of utensils for 4 people so when I requested 2 more, waitress had an attitude. The eye rolling over 2 sets of utensils left such a horrible and stingy impression. They know they’ll keep having customer because it’s the only halal Thai place in the area and the food is relatively good but it’s also time for us to take our business to halal restaurants who actually show their customers some bare minimum respect.

so tasty! the pad see ew was fantastic and very filling
Top Thai Restaurant is nothing short of culinary heaven! Every dish I tried was an explosion of flavors and sheer artistry. Starting with the crispy duck, it was perfectly golden, tender, and paired with vibrant stir-fried vegetables that added just the right pop of color and crunch. The fragrant basil topping sealed the deal for this masterpiece. The seafood fried rice was an absolute delight – each grain infused with the savory goodness of spices and complemented by plump, juicy shrimp and fresh cucumber slices on the side. It was both comforting and bold, a true testament to Thai culinary perfection. The green curry was a standout moment for me. With its creamy coconut base, tender bamboo shoots, and perfectly cooked vegetables, it felt like a warm, flavorful hug. The accompanying rice was light, fluffy, and the perfect companion to soak up every drop of that heavenly curry. Finally, the pad see ew – hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The wide rice noodles were beautifully caramelized, tossed with fresh greens, and the balance of sweet and savory flavors was spot-on. Every dish at Top Thai radiated authenticity, care, and boldness. This is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates top-tier Thai cuisine. Already planning my next visit!
Atmosphere is perfect and cozy. The staff were extremely hospitable and the food was extremely good. Some of the best noodles I ever ate. Definitely a must visit when youre in the SoHo area!!!
The crab Rangoon packs such a punch of flavor, I am truly blown away. Everybody needs to try the duck roll, it was amazing and I’d return again and again and introduce people to the duck roll. The pad Thai was very good, amazing portions, except for the amount of egg, I do think more egg would be nice!
everyone here was really friendly and I really enjoyed the food. I ordered the basil udon duck, and my friend ordered the Tom Yum seafood noodle soup! I would come back again to try the other dishes on their menu!
The service was attentive and friendly, with staff ensuring our needs were met promptly and with a smile. The atmosphere was inviting and clean, creating a comfortable dining experience. The food was a perfect balance of bold flavors and fresh ingredients, from the creamy, spicy green curry to the fragrant pad Thai, showcasing authentic and well-executed Thai cuisine.
I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere! Our entire team came and we got great service. Highly recommend this spot in a convenient location.
My dish was so good and flavorful (and halal)! I also loved the dumplings combo—it was good to share among 3 people. The staff were so kind and attentive. The vibes also were excellent in terms of music
So I came back here after many years and truthfully, I think the food was decent at best. We had the pad Thai and basil udon. The pad Thai was very dry and difficult to eat. They’ve started charging to switch to flat noodles. That’s funny, it’s not like you’re getting both types of noodles and no other place I’ve been to - does that. But overall the basil udon was good and the Pad Thai is something to forget. Their best quality was being halal. My wife actually specifically asked the server to bring the Thai iced tea at the very end…and 2 minutes after that the server completely ignoring the request, made and brought the Thai ice tea. Their tip is automatic by the way so I guess the server probably didn’t care.
