GoogleI had a really disappointing experience ordering from here. The burgers were advertised as fresh and spicy, which is exactly why I ordered them, but what arrived was the complete opposite. The burgers tasted stale, bland, and nowhere near fresh. There was barely any spice at all, and the overall quality was extremely poor. What made the experience even worse was the response from customer service. After raising the issue and explaining that the food clearly didn’t match what was advertised, I was offered no refund and no meaningful solution. It felt like they simply didn’t care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. If you’re expecting fresh, well-made burgers and a business that stands behind what they sell, you’ll likely be very disappointed. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from here again.
