Ordered delivery. 1 bowl was missing from the order completely. The other bowl was missing hummus and sauce. Fries were cold.
I just started enjoying hilal food and I absolutely love this place especially the family environment. I just started to go in the evening and the staff is very pleasant and kind especially the supervisor. I have alot of food allergies and his knowledge of each food helped me find my perfect falafel bowl. Thank you so much for the experience and I highly recommend pita chip university city.
Like this place during lunch hours. It is a good place for quick lunch. This place has increased their prices by 30-40% which is a lot. Used to go there often, however, reduced a lot due to not consistency with their service and order. Sometimes they charge for garlic sauce with fried and sometimes they give for free. Never know what they in mood for during serving your food.
Pita Chip is an absolute game changer! This restaurant is a small local chain gem that has been a favorite of my wife and I for a few years now. While I’ve never dined in at THIS specific location, I have gotten take out from here at least 3 times. They’re generally pretty consistent with the food quality, flavor, and portions at this location. If you’d enjoy customizable middle eastern food with a modern feel, then Pita Chip is worth a visit….or multiple!!
I go here open and every experience feels like the first . Always warm and friendly customer service . And they make my wrap just as I like it . Not stingy for the prices.
Staff is always so pleasant and friendly! Always have a good experience at every visit! Always clean and food is right on point ??
I'm not new to middle eastern food and I was hoping that Pita Chip would offer a better alternative to the halal food trucks and eateries that seem to be everywhere. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and my chicken shawarma salad bowl looked appealing. However, taste is everything and unfortunately the dish was bland and unsatisfying. The chicken itself was crumbled and lacking in flavor. Perhaps the tahini dressing I ordered with it would have helped, but when I opened the bag it was missing. If you want good middle eastern food, look elsewhere.
Went to Pita Chip this evening (10/7/24 around 5:00PM) because I hadn't been for a while. The guy at the counter had his phone in one hand talking to somebody on speaker and making food with one hand. No greeting at all by anyone in restaurant. I didn't even order, walked out and left. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service for what you pay for the food.
