My husband and I made the effort to come during a rainstorm and it was worth it! The menu is a little bit pricey but we thought it was a must try, especially since it’s halal. Would definitely come again and try something different from their menu!

My favorite birria tacos in the city! Location is small but we go in the afternoon so it is less crowded + service is fast

Tacos are very tasty here. Not the best I’ve had but they get the job done. Prices are a bit high for what they serve, and the total will adds up quick. The Birria tacos were pretty standard, but I was really surprised with the Shrimp Birria taco. It was excellent. Service is also on the slower side since they only had two people working during the lunch rush which was interesting. There’s also very limited seating so this is more of a takeout spot unless you get lucky with a spot. If you want pretty good tacos in the lower east side, this is a solid choice. Would recommend

I got beef and chicken tacos and concha. The food tastes great and lives up to the name. But it is pricey for the amount you get. Staff is friendly and food came out fast and hot! Definitely would go again but for a snack and not a full meal unless you got them dollar bills!!!!! Place gets traffic which is good but that means you might not be able to sit down. I would give 4.5 out of 5. The price and limited space are the only cons

A uniquely halal taqueria serving beef-only tacos! The stand out tacos for me were definitely the birria tacos (no surprise). The consommé was delicious and rich, exactly what you’d hope for with a birria taco. The “al pastor”, however, wasn’t as great but I do appreciate attempting to expose a non-pork variant to have the authentic version.

First impression upon checkout was damn this place is pricey but as soon as i bit into the first taco I completely forgot about the price and just wanted more tacos. Tacos are on the smaller side but they pack some serious flavor. Tacos and consume sold separately but honestly don't think you need the consume with the tacos since the meat is so juicy it's almost too much for tortillas to hold in every good way possible. The consume was my favorite part and would go back just to get another cup. Flavors were on point all around and I would highly recommend. With that being said 3 tacos WITHOUT cheese was $14.70 and a small cup of consume was $4.90. Be prepared to spend some money but you will be getting some pretty tasty food in return.
