We needed a place for an early lunch and Capital Doner didn't disappoint! They had staff from Turkey and it showed in the wonderful flavors of our meal! We both got the beef Doner with fries and were delighted with the taste and price!

Appreciated that the döner kebap was 100% beef, instead of the beef-lamb combo. The iskender kebap was great and the desserts are brought from Turkey directly. Overall we were very happy with the food

This restaurant is a must-visit when you're in Washington, DC! The hidden gems like this one are always the best. The food is incredibly fresh and packed with flavor, and you can tell that the chefs are dedicated to maintaining high quality in every dish.

Iskender Kebab was really good. The pita bread was perfectly crispy and the source was balanced. Remember to try the Baklava as well, I don’t usually have desert but this one tastes as good as it looks.

Went for lunch and got the beef box, no rice but fries. The meat was so delicious. Sauces were really good as well. I had to go back for dinner to try the beef wrap. Again, the meat takes the cake. Really good flavors in the sauces. Will come back for sure when I’m in the area. Oh, also had the Turkish coffee which was delicious. Good service and friendly people!

Wonderful lunch or dinner spot! I stopped by and grabbed the #6 combo. Great value, very delicious and filling. Before I even ordered I was given an amazing sample and that ensured I was at the right spot. 10/10 would return again.

We've wanted to come here our last 3 trips to DC. Glad we finally ate here. The Chicken Donër wrap was So Delicious. It was great to pick my extra ingredients. The fries were a nice addition. A must if you're in DC.

This appears to be a family run restaurant; on the smaller side, homely and welcoming. The shawarma was cut directly from the rotisserie, and tasted amazing. Staff members were friendly, and willing to make recommendations to my partner and I. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and will be going again.
