A halal sign is clearly visible on the premises.. All food at this restaurant is certified halal.

Wow, small but powerful, very tasty and large portion. The falafel were very crispy and tender, very traditional flavor. The tahini and other sauces very well done. The chicken Shawarma bowl was huge, not traditional shaved Shawarma, but very good nonetheless. All in all, a very nice addition to the lab, and a worthwhile place to stop for Mediterranean type food.
You can call it Lebanese food as much as you want to.. but that ain't it.. i mean you can have a fun steak wrap there.. but it is definitely NOT Shawarma, let alone the magnificent Lebanese shawarma.. (I miss Shawarma Joseph ?).. now take a look at the pictures and tell me if the lentil soup you see is anything that you would get in a Lebanese restaurant or even in the entire Levant area! they gave us Hummus which is was very cold and doesn't taste like Lebanese hummus.. and the menu is so limited with all kinds of missed opportunities to introduce Lebanese appetizers (mezza) and makes feel a little bit close to our beloved Lebanon.. the space is tight and not very clean.. but the service is friendly i have to admit.. even the branding/decoration of the place is not done by someone who have even visited Lebanon.. I am an Egyptian who lived in Leabnon and married from Lebanon.. the food is not bad, but believe me when I tell you that is not Lebanese.. #If_Only
First time here! Hubby & I were very surprised of how good the food was, price was decent/ affordable as well! I like when my expectations are low & then got blew away with the tastes, cheers
Came for dinner on a Friday night. It was raining so it wasn't too busy. Got a baked falafel bowl, air-fried cauliflower, babaganouj & pita, & baklava for ~$20. They have combo options so you can get an entree + sides. There were so many sides to choose from! The cauliflower could be more spiced IMO but I loved dipping them in the tahini sauce and babaganouj. I've never had Lebanese food before so I wasn't sure what to make of the pita. I'm used to fluffier pitas but maybe in Lebanese cuisine, they're on the thinner side. The pita was served cold but they obliged my request to have it warmed up. The falafel bowl was filling and I loved the hot sauce & garlic sauce with it. I think next time I'll get it with greens or as a wrap since it was so filling and bit on the drier side but nothing that tahini, babaganouj & hot sauce can't remedy! The baklava...I would get a 3-pack the next time I'm there. The pistachio flavor was on point & not overly sweet. I also like that they have reusable utensils there for dining in. I would love to see reusable sauce cups, too, to cut down on waste. I don't eat meat so I won't be able to tell you about their meat options, but I'll bring a friend next time & report back. Give this place a try & hopefully it's to your liking!
Spontaneously decided to eat here after shopping and was not prepared to be so impressed with how flavorful and tasty my chicken pita was going to be! Service was friendly and warm. Awesome experience
The food, establishment, and staff is 10/10. Just a great experience overall, you cant beat it. Great tasting food served by genuine polite people with a cool decor with custom painted murals on wall by cmykasey. People will have their personal opinions about food and my personal opinion on the food here is that its delecious and i love it ano to mention im picky. Overall if you need a place to eat, want to have a good experience or want to try authentic Lebanese you found it. The owner and family are born and bread Lebanese and you can taste it! Keep it up yall!
Wanted a quick lunch that was not fast food. New item on the menu…tacos. So many fresh vegetables on the taco: lettuce, tomato, radish, and onion. Don’t forget their garlic sauce. Baklavah for dessert. Highly recommended.
We live very close to Barbonzai and this is by far the best Mediterranean place in our area. Our favorites are the chicken platter and falafel bowl but everything we’ve ordered has always been made fresh, fast, and delicious. The owners are wonderful and it’s great to support a local restaurant like them!
