The Bachanal buffet located inside Caesar\'s Palace hotel is an upscale, all-you-can-eat buffet serving dishes and cuisines from all over the world. Some lamb dishes are sourced halal. Please check to see which lamb dishes are halal. There is a halal certificate on premises available for viewing. The Bachanal has a good selection with tons of seafood, vegetarian, and plant based protein. Although I prefer the buffet at the Wynn Hotel, the Bachanal is a solid option. The wait time can be unreasonable, depending on the day and time. Reservations through Open Table are highly recommended.

The crab was the star of the show. When the line for crab got too long, a server carted out a another cart of hot crab legs and served them nearby while another server replenished the crab station. The line didn't really get roo long compared to other places I've been. The rest of the buffet was really nice and kept reasonably fresh. The server came by consistently to check on us. I don't think I ate $80 worth of food but the selection made it worth while. I would come back for sure.

We went there for brunch on Friday around 10 am. We had a reservation, but there was no long queue. The buffet offered a good variety of food, including English, Mexican, Italian, and Asian dishes. The seafood section included crabs, prawns, and clams, though no lobster was included for brunch. Overall, the food was tasty. Cold drinks are included in the buffet, but if you want other drinks, you’ll need to order from their menu. The desserts looked appetizing, but their taste didn’t quite meet expectations. The ambiance was really pleasant. However, most of the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, which made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

The reservation system is just BS. Unless you’re a higher tier member, the wait is at least one hour even with reservation. The reason been that they’ll prioritize seating those higher tier members. No, not in zig-zag style. They always let higher tier members cut the line.
