A wonderful zen-inspired spot to unwind, whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet time alone. I tried the kakigori and it was absolutely delicious. The Matcha Red Bean was rich and flavourful, while the Lychee Milk came with chestnut, creating a lovely combination of creamy, fruity, and nutty flavours. The Oolong Tea kakigori was equally delightful, topped with juicy grapes that complemented the tea perfectly. Upstairs, there's a wagashi workshop where you can learn the art of traditional Japanese confectionery. The instructor is incredibly passionate about her craft, and her enthusiasm makes the experience even more enjoyable. A peaceful and unique place that I would happily visit again.

The bingsu are huge and rightly so given the price tag of $18.90 to $24.90 (irrc). There’s nothing wrong with the service attitude of the staff but the reason for this review was how the menu was managed, and maybe offer insights to other customers to double, triple confirm if the sold out flavors you want will actually be available shortly? 1. We queued for 30 mins on PH outside, no issues - it’s a PH. There’s quite a few seats available, cleaned but people were not seated. Maybe they wanted to lessen the orders in the kitchen. However, I personally thought given the extremely hot weather, it may be better to sit customers in the aircon space and let them know that their order will take time instead. 2. There was no communication while queueing on sold out items. By the time we sat down, 3/4 of the menu were sold out. I actually went to the counter to ask if they will be replenishing the flavours again today (as it was still a couple of hours till closing) and the young lady said no 🥹. But when we were less than halfway through our bingsu, we saw them serving all the missing flavours 🥹 Log on to their menu and all flavours back 🥲 This could definitely be better managed. The whole experience was hugely discounted because of this. If items were to be sold out and not to be replenished, and there's a queue, would like to suggest to indicate which items are sold out to manage expectations for those queueing - for consideration pls. The ice is very soft and fine 👌 inside has very moderate amount of milk pudding, crumbles or fruits (if there’s any). Flavours are okay. Extremely sad about not being about to try the flavours we wanted. Do note that ordering is fastest fingers first - You need to pay to secure any fast selling flavours or they become sold out when you try to pay.

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful space to pass a couple of hours with a book, Ice and Time is the perfect spot. The teas are elegant and unique- I had the pleasure of trying the coffee oolong, which had a fragrant yet smokey aroma. The Kakigori has the fluffiest texture with layers of biscuit and pudding in between, and even the sweetest flavours aren’t too sweet. Not to mention the warm and lovely service I got from the lady that operates this space. I happily spent an afternoon reading and sipping tea in this welcoming space - it was an absolute treat and a must visit in this area.

Ice & Time is an absolute must-visit for dessert lovers! The shop is homey, quiet, and spacious, making it a perfectly conducive spot for long catch-ups with friends. A special shout-out to Alex, who is incredibly friendly and truly enhances the welcoming vibe. This isn’t your usual shaved ice—the texture is incredibly refined, and the real magic lies in the hidden internal structure. Each kakigori is specially paired with secret toppings tucked inside that provide a delightful crunch and layers of texture as you dig in. The Flavor Highlights: French Cocoa: Richly chocolatey with a nutty finish. Lychee Milk: A refreshing, creamy, and fruity dream. Earl Grey Milk: Sophisticated with a beautiful, lingering floral tea fragrance. Grape Oolong: Earthy tea notes balanced by a bright, tart grape kick. Matcha Strawberry: Bold, earthy matcha finished with a pleasant strawberry zing. A cozy atmosphere paired with a multi-layered dessert experience. Highly recommend!

first discovered this place back in February, and since then we've lost count of the number of times we’ve been back — definitely more than ten visits by now! Every single time has been such a great experience. Their kakigori is one of the best I’ve had — always packed with fillings, never stingy, and every bite feels like it’s made with care. You can really tell they put effort into every bowl. our absolute favourites are the tiramisu and lychee ones The ambience is super cosy and chill, and the service is phenomenal — the lady boss is truly one of the sweetest people ever 🥰. She always makes us feel so welcomed and never fails to check in to make sure we’re enjoying ourselves. It’s not easy finding a place that delivers both quality desserts and genuine hospitality, but Ice & Time has done it perfectly. Easily a 10/10 and we will keep coming back for sure!
