ATTENTION, ATTENTION, ATTENTION!! I hate to leave this review, but I feel the need to warn others about the poor service at Sultani Grill and Burger. I have been a regular online customer, frequently ordering through Uber Eats, but their repeated carelessness and lack of customer appreciation have left me extremely disappointed. Every single time, they forget basic essentials like cutlery, tissues, and pickles—things that should always be included without needing a reminder. What’s the point of being a regular customer if I have to request the same basic things over and over again. Now, forget about the past mistakes—let’s talk about today’s unacceptable experience. I ordered the Chicken Biryani, which was on a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer for $12.99. Initially, they accepted my order at the listed price, but later, they edited the charge and billed me twice! Why advertise an offer if you’re going to charge double anyway? This felt like a complete scam. On top of that, I explicitly reminded them to include cutlery and tissues while placing the order today, yet they still ignored my request. The portion size of the biryani was much smaller than expected, and to make matters worse—how can anyone serve biryani without raita? It’s just irresponsible and shows a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I've attached the photo of their listed price and the price they charged me afterwards, I've also attached how poorly they've dispatched my order and the box quantity of biryani. I had enough. This was my last order from Sultani Grill and Burger. Losing a loyal customer due to careless service and dishonesty is not a good business strategy. I will not be coming back, and I suggest others think twice before ordering from here.?
Amazing Experience at Sultani Restaurant in Irving! We visited Sultani Restaurant today, located at 2851 Esters Rd next to ICI Masjid, and it was such a delightful experience! Our family doesn’t eat out often, but this was a perfect spot for a quick and satisfying afternoon meal. The Pesto Panini was an absolute hit, especially for those who enjoy the rich and unique flavor of pesto. We also heard great feedback from other diners about their brunch options, which they said are amazing and surprisingly affordable. It’s definitely on our list to try next time! One standout feature was the bounce house outside, which kept the kids excited and happy. They quickly finished their meals so they could play mission accomplished! Even our picky eaters, aged 4 and 8, loved the burgers and ate them without hesitation. The food quality was excellent, and the family friendly atmosphere made the experience even better. We snapped a few pictures to capture the moment and can confidently say this is a place we’d recommend to friends and family. Great food, great vibes, and kid friendly definitely worth a visit! They also are starting a daily meal prep service in the irving area which is a huge plus for busy families like ours.
Amazing food. Great service and hospitality. We will differentially come back here. Having the buffet on my next visit.
Family Owned business, amazing food and service. The Kabab Platter was mind-blowing. And their Panini Grill Sandwich ??? Love it! This place has an amazing potential to be the best in town!
Visiting Dallas and found this place next to the ICI Masjid. The food was phenomenal, great flavor and tasted awesome. Taha the owner himself was checking up on customers to make sure everything was to their liking. Friendly atmosphere. We liked it so much came back next day for the weekend buffet. The nahari was unbelievable, with the freshly baked nann bread I couldn’t help myself but take 2nds to my fill. Definitely recommend this place for Desi and American fusion flavor. Prices are very reasonable for the fresh home style cooking.
They have a wide selection of Pakistani food, grill food and different burgers options. We Iike the jalapeño cheese burgers. The nihari is also on point. Usually the service is pretty quick but seems like they have some new folks which don’t really follow up if anything else is needed. So you need to get up and ask for stuff. Overall still A experience. It’s not usually that busy so you can enjoy some nice quiet food atmosphere.
The food here is absolutely delicious! They have a special menu with unique flavors that stand out. We tried all the burgers, and I loved every single one. The Jungle Burger is my favorite, and the Carly fries are a winner too. Plus, all the food options are halal. The cashier was quiet but friendly. Highly recommend this place!
Haven’t been to this place in a while new ownership took over. The service was great he always checked on us and made sure we were good or needed anything. The food was very tasty with a bit spiciness to it. They have Sunday buffet I learned about so will be trying that out too :) other then that I would recommend it and looking forward to the new things they have planned :)
