Dirty, smelly, disgusting stains, no baby cot, no lift, stained carpet, walls so thin that you can hear people talking from different rooms, carpet stained in the most disgusting ways. Newham council put me in there. Worst night of my life. Room smell of smoke . Window was kept open. This hotel should not even run. It should be closed down. It's inhumane to keep anyone there.
