We stayed for one night during our visit to London. The check in process was made unnecessarily long - firstly they charged as an incorrect amount at reception, then after clarifying it with their reservations team, they reversed the charge. We were made to wait until the mini bar was restocked (surely that must be done prior to their official check in time and not at 16:30 when we were checking in). There was no where to sit down to wait either, there was a person sleeping on the couch at the reception. The whole process felt weird and unorganised for a "luxury" hotel. The room was a comfortable size, even with an extra bed for a child it did not feel cramped. The bathroom was spacious, shame about the black mould on the sealant in the shower cubicle. The breakfast was nice enough, both the a la carte menu and a small buffet selection offered enough variety. The staff at the restaurant were grumpy and looked like they did not want to be there. The location of the hotel is excellent - Westfield shopping centre on your door step and great transport links. Mixed feelings overall
