Ate here for lunch. The place is clean and the owners very friendly. The mint tea was great but the food was just okay; tasty but just okay. The price was average for the area. I would eat there again.
Food is ok. Not great. Expensive. I will not go again.
Salaam All. This is one of my favorite places in the DC metro area. The owner is friendly, the food is great, and the tea is the best. I enjoy their Shawarma sandwiches, I always get chicken since I'm not a big beef fan, and their chicken Tagine. Sides and salads are good as well. Enjoy.
Great sandwiches; their falafel sandwich is 5/5!
By far the best moroccan restaurant in the dc area and the best Moroccan food Ive eaten since living in morocco. Meat is soft and juicy. Olives are slightly bitter. The mint tea is sugar laden sweet goodness. And they even sell harcha for breakfast. Now that's authentic. You must eat here.
This place is pretty good. Located next door to Union Halal Butcher. The chicken shawarma sandwich is tasty. Ask for extra sauce on the side. Service is fast and friendly. Good place to go and have a snack while your meat order is being prepared next door at the Halal market. I recommend this place.
This place has such tasty food! Everything my husband and I have tried here has been delicious and the owner is super nice and friendly! Definitely a gem and I'd recommend this spot to anyone interested in some Moroccan food!!
Tried this place on recommendation from our car dealer who is Moroccan. Delicious food that we had never tried before. Personable wait staff. The only downside was the wait. Only one waiter, so it took a long time to get our check when we were done. But great atmosphere and great food. We will definitely be back.
We have tried several times to give this place a chance. Each time has been worse than the last. (Why keep trying them? Easy, no authentic Moroccan restaurants around anymore other than this) Tonight, told no to having tea at the start of the meal, being told no to having a bowl of soup to each of us and that we would have to share, and just total disarray. Parking sucks here.
Love love love the food and the customer service here!! Would definitely return and explore more of the menu
Amazing food ? SO good, very authentic. They use olive oil which is so rare these days vs canola oil on everything. The meat is perfectly cooked, jucy and flavorful. The owner is also very charming and kind. Happy we found another wonderful local spot ✨️??
The owner is super friendly and willing to handle large groups in the small space. Get the zaalouk, bastilla, and lamb shank with prunes.
Ordered Merguez Tagine from this restaurant through DoorDash and this is what I ended up with. Dished straight into aluminum foil and it spilled all over the packaging. Not to mention the ridiculously small portion for a $19 main dish. Tried to call to complain and their line wasn’t even working. Super disappointed to say the least!
Was amazed with the food quality, the great service and hospitality. Went there with my wife and son. And we had such a good time. Loved the Moroccan flavored and Mediterranean dish. I highly recommend this Moroccan Lebanese ???? Restaurant. And I will definitely come back. The pictures are leftovers for the next day, oh yeah it’s yummy ? Thank you Fettoosh, thank you Aziz and all stuff.
