I have no idea how this restaurant is still in business. They reuse disposable water cups that have clearly been used by other customers. When I noticed the cup was wet, I initially thought it was water, but to my horror, I found lip marks from someone else. I went to the counter to show it to the staff and asked why they were reusing cups. Instead of apologizing, the staff member told me to wash and reuse it myself. When I insisted, he gave me two new glasses, only for me to find a layer of dust in them. After pointing this out, he took them back and handed me another cup, which, at this point, felt utterly ridiculous. As for the food, it was the worst I’ve had in years—completely tasteless and not worth the money. The service was appalling, and the overall experience was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The goat biryani is absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The customer service is exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable. "Extremely disappointed with my order! I ordered an Arabian Mandi expecting a proper portion, but it came with just a single small piece of chicken instead of two. On top of that, the taste was absolutely terrible-nowhere near authentic. To make things worse, this shop has changed its name to 'Arab Mandi' on Uber Eats, clearly trying to mislead customers. This is deceptive and unacceptable for the price paid. Definitely not ordering again!"

I’ve been about 3 times and every time they seem to not have something on the menu or something seems to be a problem. The level of cleanliness of the restaurant also raises concern. The most recent time I went I was told that due to recent deep cleaning that many of the items on the menu were not available. So I ordered what I was told was available. After 5 mins the waiter who seemed to be a naive guy with good intentions comes and tell me I’ve just been told that we cannot serve any food at all today actually not just select items on the menu. Was refunded and then told to leave. So staff let alone customers were unaware the store was meant to be closed. Won’t be returning again.

today chicken mandi biriyani was not good. chickem was like from previous batch and deepfried to give a new life. may be different chef today sat 14 dec. raita was watery. had only half. rest waste

Whilst the taste was there, the butter chicken was way to spicy with no warning of spice. The lamb khorma was delicious BUT more BONE than meat? Was fast service. The Naan was cold and no garlic taste, still tasted OK after a microwave.

Recommend this place for quick biryani craving. Ambiance is spacious, very bright with so many lights. Attractive decorative on walls. Customer service is humble. Salad with biryani is a very good choice to serve. Biryani was hyper warm with tender, yummy chicken breast piece. Breast piece is so tender and soft while chewing. Biryani rice is above average can increase spicing up. Place is neat and clean with toilets available. Prices are reasonable. Can make biryani spicy by adding more masala. Can add egg items in the menu.

Worst chicken biryani in whole Melbourne. No masala in biryani. Served cold tasteless gravy. Only 2 small chicken pieces. No servings. Biryani aroma is missing. Seating and ambience is good. Having biryani here is pure wastage of money
