About Pho
Stephen and Juliette Wall opened Pho in June 2005 after they travelled to Vietnam and fell in love with the food. They made the decision to start a restaurant serving pho while sat on high stools, slurping pho bo, in Ho Chi Minh City. 15 years later, Pho is still a family-run business serving great value, healthy Vietnamese street food that is cooked fresh daily (no central kitchens!).

GoogleI had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pho Spitalfields. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. I ordered the hot and spicy chicken noodle soup along with the regular chicken noodle soup, and both dishes were outstanding. The preparation was clearly done with care and attention to detail. The hot and spicy chicken soup had the perfect balance of heat and flavour rich, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying without overpowering the taste of the broth. The regular chicken noodle soup was just as impressive comforting, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. The presentation of both dishes was excellent. Everything looked fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. You can really tell that quality and authenticity matter here. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well looked after. On top of that, the restaurant itself was very clean and tidy, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, an amazing experience with delicious food, fantastic service, and a spotless environment. I would highly recommend Pho Spitalfields to anyone looking for high-quality Vietnamese cuisine in London. I’ll definitely be coming back!
