About Pho
Stephen and Juliette Wall opened Pho in June 2005 after they travelled to Vietnam and fell in love with the food. They made the decision to start a restaurant serving pho while sat on high stools, slurping pho bo, in Ho Chi Minh City. 15 years later, Pho is still a family-run business serving great value, healthy Vietnamese street food that is cooked fresh daily (no central kitchens!).

GoogleThis is my first experience of Vietnamese food, but after this it certainly won’t be long before I have it again. I had the classic curry (beef brisket) - I am a big fan of curry, but this may be the most flavoursome and enjoyable curry I’ve ever eaten - the flavour combination was outstanding; I could eat this for the rest of my life. Highly recommend!!
