I came to Willis Canteen because it was recommended by a friend before I moved to Sydney. Yesterday, I finally had the chance to visit and ordered the Padang satay. The Padang satay was absolutely delicious. The sauce was rich, savory, and full of flavor, and the meat was incredibly tender. The lady who served me was very kind. She came over to me twice to apologize for the wait, explaining that the man cooking the satay was praying first, and later letting me know that my satay was still being grilled. At first, she didn't smile when I placed my order, so I thought she might not be very friendly. But I quickly realized she was actually very kind and thoughtful. I'll definitely come back another time to try the other dishes on the menu!
