About Norma's Mediterranean
In 1992, Norma Bitar, with the help of her husband George, opened a small sandwich shop on Kings Highway in Cherry Hill so that she could be close to her three children (Elias, Mariette, and Ziad) who were all students in the Cherry Hill school district. In 1996, The Bitars took a giant leap and opened a full-fledged restaurant on Route 70 in the Barclay Farms Shopping Center. Today they have expanded their business to include small and large scale catering, gourmet imports, Specialty Baked Goods and so much more! Welcome to Norma's!
